Smoke Bug Deflector

The deflector itself looks great but the connectors themselves were cheap. I had no confidence in them so bought my own at an auto parts store. If not for the cheesy connectors 5 stars.

Great bug deflector

Ive had this bug deflector on my truck for more than 3 years. I originally bought it because every summer I found myself cleaning the hundreds of smeared bugs off my windshield every time I stopped for gas. The deflector fits great. It was easy to install. It just screws into the factory screw holes under the hood and comes with rubber stoppers so if the wind should catch it it won't scratch the paint. Plus it gives a more aggressive look to the front end. Looks great with my custom grille. As most acrylic things its tensile strength does decrease with the temp. I'm having to buy a new one because mine got broken when someone walked by it and got their coat hung up on it. Granted it was -5 degrees that night. Great product can't complain and will buy this brand on any vehicle in the future.
