Jet Low Temp Thermostat is also known as a 180 Degree Thermostat. This
thermostat is required if you want to get serious about using a
top-of-the-line performance module/chip. Jet Chips actually requires
this Low Temp Thermostat in order to use their
Stage 2 Performance
Modules.
This Low Temp Thermostat will add life
to your engine, provide a more dense air/fuel mixture which
will, in turn, produce even more horsepower. A factory 195 degree
thermostat will only cycle open/closed, which does not allow for truly
efficient engine cooling.
