facts about the Chevy Silverado truck, manufactured

The Chevy Silverado was simply a trim designation up
until the year 1999 when all Chevy Trucks took the name of
Silverado. To the right and below is a short list of facts
about the Chevy Silverado.
The Chevy Silverado is a full-size pickup
truck and has three sizes, at time of writing (2006);
the sizes are 1500 (1/2 ton), 2500 (3/4 ton),
and 3500 (1 ton).
The Chevy Silverado Truck is built in Fort Wayne IN.,
Flint MI., and Pontiac MI as of late 2006.
The Chevy Silverado, as of late 2006, has various
different configurations like the Work Truck Package,
Base, LS, Z71, and LT. The Chevy
Silverado also comes in Regular, Extended, and
Crew Cab.
Chevy Silverado also has Heavy Duty versions
designated 1500HD, 2500HD (after 2004 the 2500
ONLY comes in HD), and the 3500.
