Hummer Information

The following facts about the Hummer, manufactured by General Motors, were retrieved from many sources. We only strive to point out major facts that could be most useful to our customers here. 

These Hummers were originally a military vehicle called the HMMWV. General Motors bought the brand name off AM General. The H2 Hummer is very large while the H3 is a smaller, everyday SUV with somewhat better gas mileage. The H3 is said to get 20mpg. The H1 Hummer ceased production in 2006.

Hummers are produced in Shreveport, Louisiana and Port Elizabeth, Africa.
