Coverking's new Molded Dash Covers are made from molded carpet, which produces a beautiful, crisp fit with no stitching. With the curves of today's dash boards, a molded dash cover provides the absolute best fit available. Unlike other brands of molded dash covers, Coverking's are made from dense poly carpeting, producing a crisp fit which won't unmold with time. Coverking's superior fit can be attributed to the way we stitch our covers (see the graphic below).
Other manufacturers use the blind stitch, which curls into the seam and lifts off the dash. In addition, small pieces can not be sewn together because you need at least 1/4" margin (the two flaps on the bottom of the stitch).
