Magnecor 7 mm Electrosports 70 Ignition Cables

The 7 mm Electrosports 70 ignition cables are a direct replacement for stock 7 mm carbon conductor wires. However, unlike typical OEM carbon conductor wires, these cables provide exceptional RFI (radio frequency interference) and EMI (electromagnetic interference) suppression, permanently eliminating drops in performance and fuel efficiency caused by interference.

Magnecor 8 mm Electrosports 80 Ignition Cables

The 8 mm Electrosports 80 ignition cables will improve ignition system performance on vehicles with either electronic engine management systems or carburetors. They provide excellent RFI and EMI suppression to eliminate performance and fuel losses caused by interference. The conventional-style insulating jacket is made of high dielectric strength silicone rubber insulation. It also features fiberglass reinforcing braiding and a high-temperature and high tear strength silicone rubber outer jacket. This cable is both rugged and flexible enough to be placed into original 7 mm cable holders.

Magnecor KV85 Competition 8.5 mm Cables and R-100 Racing 10 mm Cables

These ignition cables feature Magnecor exclusive 2.5 mm high-capacity Metallic Inductance EMI Suppressed conductor. This conductor consists of stainless steel wire that is precisely wound at 200 turns per inch over a ferromagnetic core. The insulating jacket is composed entirely of Magnecor's exclusive TC-1500-HS high-strength, aerospace-grade silicone rubber. The jacket's single-layer construction prolongs its insulating ability by conducting heat away from hot spots that occur near over-the-limit heat sources.

The KV85 8.5 mm jacket has a service heat resistance of 600 degrees Fahrenheit (320 degrees Celsius), and up to 1,000 degrees Fahrenheit (540 degrees Celsius) for short burst durations of 3 minutes. The R-100 10 mm jacket has a service heat resistance of 700 degrees F (380 degrees C) and up to 1,200 degrees F (650 degrees C) for short burst durations of 3 minutes. Even if these limits are exceeded, the silicone rubber will retain its insulating ability until the wires are removed from the engine.
