The factory plastic front license plate mounting bracket that is provided with the PT Cruiser, and required in many states, is considered by many to be a major blemish on such a beautifully sculpted front end. The Kruzr-Braket™ locates the plate under the front bumper for a much cleaner appearance.

The bracket is constructed of welded steel and finished in a durable and rust-resistant hammertone coating. It is bolted to the underside of the steel portion of the front bumper and only requires drilling of two holes. The kit includes all necessary mounting hardware as well as four black plastic plug buttons to fill the holes in the front bumper if the dealer has already installed the factory bracket. The plugs can be painted if desired.
Our testing has included over 10,000 miles of driving in a wide variety of ambient temperature conditions with no adverse affects on the vehicle cooling system or air conditioning system. Over 1,500 miles of this testing was conducted while towing an 1100 pound trailer with an automatic-equipped PT Cruiser.
