Chrysler PT Cruiser Chrome-plated Antenna Bezel

Despite being a small addition this item really adds to the overall appearance of my Cruiser. While there were no directions in the box how to disassemble and remove the old bezel it only took a short time to figure it out. First of all you have to remove the antenna. The real problem was in figuring out how to remove the chrome nut that holds the bezel in place. I finally got a pair of needle nose pliers and very carefully put the tips in two of the three notches in the nut. Carefully putting pressure and twisting the nut counterclockwise it released and I was able to remove the nut and then the old bezel. After installing the new bezel the next problem was reinstalling the nut. I finally placed the nut on the protruding screw reinstalled the antenna and pulled up on the antenna while turning the nut back onto the screw. Once I got it started I removed the antenna to once again be able to carefully use the needle nose pliers to tighten the nut. Replaced the antenna and WOW what a difference. Definitely worth the money time and effort.

THIS REALLY SET MY PT CRUISER OFF. I'M GLAD I GOT IT TO GO WITH THE OTHER CHROME I PUT ON MY CAR. MY PT CRUISER IS OCEAN BLUE AND THE MORE CHROME I PUT ON IT THE BETTER IT LOOKS ON THE CAR. I JUST WANT MY CAR TO LOOK BETTER THAN THE OTHER ON THE STREET IN WINSTON-SALEM. THERE ARE TOO MANY BLUE PT CRUISERS, SO IT WAS TIME TO CHANGE MINE. THANKS
