BTG Chrysler PT Cruiser Polished Stainless CatSync System 03-Up Turbo
The catalytic converter (cat) is often perceived as an enemy of power but leave it to BTG to change all that. The latest performance innovation for all turbo versions of the PT Cruiser is the BTG CatSync System. BTG engineers a unit that is uniquely synchronized to the flow characteristics of the 2.4 liter Turbo powerplant.
The high cell count cat uses precious platinum to obliterate the unburnt exhaust gases as they pass through its chamber. The inlet flange uses a matched port to evacuate the gases in a manner that minimizes turbulence and passes them through to clean mandrel bends of T304 stainless steel. The faster moving gases translate into quicker turbo spoolup, thereby minimizing turbo lag. The final piece is hand polished for a lasting luster.

Note: Connecting the CatSync system to a non-BTG exhaust system may require a minor adjustment of the inlet pipe of your exhaust system that any competent muffler shop can perform.
