These Mopar bicycle carriers hold two bikes securely off the back of your vehicle by mounting over the original equipment outside spare tire. The carrier holds any bike with a horizontal crossbar and installs and removes in seconds. The carrier includes a locking cable for security and rubber inserts in the clamps to protect the bike surfaces.
