The Cross-Link polyethylene air ducts are sculptured to give the engine less restrictive breathing. Incorporating larger diameters and unique bends, that can't be duplicated with metal ducts, allow for maximum airflow velocity and throttle response.
The Volant intake systems come with your choice of either a traditional, Pro 5 cotton filter, or a revolutionary PowerCore filter. The PowerCore won't deteriorate as easily as a traditional paper or cotton filter, is water resistant, and never needs oiling. The Pro 5 filters are the perfect choice if you are on a budget, but don't let the price fool you, they are high grade products that reduce air restriction and increase engine output. Add a Volant recharge kit, and you can reuse this filter by simply removing and cleaning it.
The polished aluminum lids are available on all of Volant's popular intake systems, and the carbon fiber look lids come on older applications and low production kits. This lid adds a custom look to your engine compartment, while also insulating for sound reduction.
