All bumpers are E-coated to prevent rust, a process where an electrostatic-applied-under-coating seals to the raw steel, allowing it to take small rock chips and still maintain its rust protection. Finishes include either a dual stage powder coat paint, a mirror finish polished stainless steel or a space age titanium. Painted products have a five year limited warranty and stainless products carry a limited lifetime warranty.

All Rugged Ridge Bumpers have smooth ground welds , this exclusive smooth grind virtually eliminates small weld pockets that never seem to get full paint coverage and tend to rust over time. They also feature welded end caps rather than plastic end caps, these look great and add even more rust protection, no more looking for those lost plastic end caps.
