Draw-Tite Activator II Timed Brake Control

Timed brake controls are a great choice for your basic, economical, light-duty towing needs. Time based brake controls generate an output signal that increases over a period of time (ramp cycle), applying braking power at a fixed rate that is not proportional to the pressure applied to the brake pedal. With a timed brake control, trailer brakes are applied as soon as the brake pedal is engaged, unlike pendulum models which react to inertia created after the tow vehicle's brakes have already begun to stop.

The Activator II electric brake control from Draw-Tite is designed for use with trailers with up to four axles and is backed by a limited lifetime warranty. Each control features individually adjustable braking power (output) and rate of application (sync) allowing you to customize to your driving preference, road conditions, type of trailer, and load. A digital, front display allows you to easily monitor the output, sync, and overload while the over-ride provides convenient manual control.

Due to the solid state design and lack of moving parts, the Activator II can be mounted in any position with no leveling required. Each control comes complete with a conventional four wire hook-up, illustrated instructions, mounting bracket, and hardware for quick and easy installation.
