Shipping Rates and Policies
We offer several shipping
options. Upon checkout you will be presented with all
available options for shipping your order, depending upon
destination and the warehouse the order will be shipped
from. Most orders are shipped from our Tennessee warehouse
within 24 - 48 hours, and for more than 95% of orders, the
same business day. Items marked as "Manufacturer
Direct" ship from alternate warehouses (see "Factory
Direct Items" below for more information).
While the vast majority of
our orders are filled within 24 - 48 hours, inventory levels
do fluctuate daily and orders are subject to on-hand stock
availability. You will be notified via email or phone about
any backorder situation concerning your order that we
anticipate will last longer than 5 business days.
Backordered items will also be noted on your shipping
invoice, which can be viewed by using our Online
Order Tracking Service. Backordered items will be
shipped separately upon availability at no additional
shipping cost to you via a delivery method of our choice.

Standard ground shipping will
be provided through a major carrier of our choice. We
currently contract with UPS and DHL. Ground shipping
provides for safe and quick delivery of your order that is
fully insured against loss and/or damage. Tracking
information is provided by using our Online
Order Tracking Service. Small lightweight items
with a value less than $75 may at our choice be shipped USPS
Priority Mail. Tracking information on such shipments is
provided when available.

Rates vary according to size,
weight, and destination. Rates will be listed on the product
page. Tracking information is provided by using our Online
Order Tracking Service. Express shipping is
available for most oversized items, but not for items marked
as "OS3" or "LTL Truck Freight".

Direct Item(s)
Rates vary according to size
and weight. Rates will be listed on the product page.
Express shipping and tracking information are not available
for factory direct items at this time.
Express Shipping
Express shipping is available
on most Non-Oversized and Oversized items. Please note that
selecting Express Shipping does not guarantee your order
will be shipped the same day as all orders are subject to
on-hand stock availability.

USPS Postal Service
Delivery
Orders totaling less that
$250 qualify for postal service delivery via USPS Priority
Mail or USPS Parcel Post. You will be presented this option
during checkout if your order qualifies. No tracking
information is available when you choose this delivery
option. Delivery times vary depending upon destination but
average 3 - 5 days for Priority Mail and 7 - 10 days for
Parcel Post.

International orders are
welcome. We ship daily to all parts of the world using a
variety of methods and carriers. During checkout you will be
presented the shipping options and rates available to your
country for your order. All prices listed are in US Dollars.
Please note: Import Laws and
Duties vary from country to country. Upon delivery the
carrier may collect from you taxes, duties, and brokerages
fees which may be imposed by the destination country. You
are responsible to pay any and all such levies at time of
delivery.
Postal Service Delivery
Orders totaling less than $25
qualify for postal service delivery via Airmail Letter Post.
Orders totaling less than $150 qualify for Airmail Parcel
Post. Rates vary according to size, weight, and destination
country. Shipping times for Airmail Letter Post and Airmail
Parcel Post average 10 - 14 days, but may take as long as 30
days depending upon time required for Customs clearance into
the destination country.
Please Note: While these
services are significantly cheaper, international tracking
information and delivery times are not available. By
selecting one of these services and submitting the form, you
understand that you assume all liability for delayed, lost,
and/or damaged shipments.

In addition to the services
listed above, we also contract with BAX Global for delivery
of large, bulky items such as body kits, bumpers, hoods,
etc. Please contact

delivery an item marked as "OS3" or "LTL
Truck Freight".
