The Mopar Engine Oil Filter's exclusive micronic filtration system captures 96% of all contaminants and has more pleats to provide more filter surface area, preventing oil restriction and adding an extra measure of protection. In addition, it has a silicone antidrainback valve that retains oil in the filter for superior protection at startup. Finally, the PTFE-treated sealing gasket reduces friction to assist in removal of the filter.
