This extra surface area provides even more airflow at lower restriction than a standard K&N OE replacement filter that is limited to the size of the factory air box. The over-sized air filter also captures more increasing the service life before cleaning is required ( Up to 100,000 miles ). Includes a heat shield.

These intakes utilize a heat shield and medium length tube designed to capture cooler air within the engine bay for added horse power while using factory mounting points.
