AirAid has taken Hemi air-flow management to the next level with the AirAid Dodge Challenger intake system. AirAid has developed an all-new cool air dam (CAD) system for Dodge's Hemi-powered Challneger. AirAid's intake system for the Challenger features a computer-designed platform and breathes through a huge 1600 cubic feet per minute AirAid premium filter for maximum air flow, throttle response, and filtration. The system also features a trick-looking intake tube, which also improves air flow.

The heart of AirAid's newest CAD system is a washable and reusable premium filter featuring AirAid's exclusive SynthaFlow material. AirAid SynthaFlow premium filters are a specially blended combination of gauze and synthetic layers that consistently filter down to two microns, providing superior filtration at no extra cost. The filters are also hand-poured with urethane instead of rubber to prevent cracking and shrinkage. On the chassis dyno, AirAid's newest Hemi intake performs as good as it looks.
