AirAid has taken Hemi air-flow management to the next level with this AirAid intake system. AirAid developed a cool air dam system for the Chrysler Aspen 5.7L Hemi, featuring computer-designed cool air dam that breathes through a huge 1600 cubic feet per minute AirAid premium filter for maximum air flow, throttle response, and filtration. The system also features a trick-looking intake tube, which also improves air flow.

The heart of this AirAid cool air dam system is a washable and reusable premium filter featuring AirAid exclusive SynthaFlow material. AirAid SynthaFlow premium filters are a specially blended combination of gauze and synthetic layers that consistently filter down to 2 microns, providing superior filtration at no extra cost. The filters are also hand-poured with urethane instead of rubber to prevent cracking and shrinkage. On the chassis dyno, the AirAid Hemi intake performs as good as it looks. The 5.7L Hemi gained 12 rear-wheel horsepower and 11 ft/lb of torque over stock on repeated dyno tests.
