This dropped right in [where the OEM filter had beeen]. It was simple to change.

K&N Replacement Air Filter

I replaced OEM Filter with this K&N the other day. The installation was simple using a 1/4 ratchet and Star bit - a 5 minute job. I highly reccomend buying the K&N aerosol spray oil and applying prior to install as the filter is shipped dry. My total cost was $56.00. I changed the filter in hopes of increasing HP for fuel economy. Time will tell.
