LiteGlow Complete Train Horn System

Blow the traffic away with Light Glow's 12 volt Train Horn System! This train horn sounds exactly like a train and at 142db it'll surely get their attention! Weighing 10 lbs., the horn mechanism features three chrome plated ABS plastic trumpets mounted to a solid cast manifold and is precision tuned for a perfect rendition of that familiar freight train blast.

This kit also includes a small 12V air compressor with a visible pressure gauge and a 3-liter tank. The tank and motor are protected by an in-line fuse and pressure switch. Several feet of air hose are also included. The entire system has two 12V power inputs: one powers the compressor and another triggers the valve on the horn. Installation is easy with the included the wiring instructions.

As the horn is triggered, air pressure is released from the compressor's tank into the horn. The compressor switches on as the pressure drops below 80 PSI to refill the tank. Once the air in the 3-liter tank reaches the maximum pressure of 120 PSI, the compressor automatically shuts itself off until the horn is triggered again. The compressor is capable of filling it's tank from empty in about 2-3 minutes or about 10 seconds after a normal horn blast, allowing you to blow this horn about every 10 seconds.
