At the heart of the XRC-10 Comp-Series winch is synthetic DSK-75 winch rope and aluminum fairlead. At 1/7th of the weight of steel cable, synthetic rope never kinks, curls, or leaves you with wire splinters to deal with. Non-rotational, UV and abrasive-resistant, each rope allows minimal stretch and is specially coated to prevent slippage of the winch drum. Manufactured from high-grade billet aluminum material, each Comp-Series winch has a fairlead designed to protect the synthetic rope and reduce binding and friction.
